We at Nord-Sen Metal Industries Ltd. are very proud of the high quality of our NORDIC underbody truck hoists. We are industry leaders in design and manufacture and we stand behind the reliability of products.

It is our policy to replace any part(s) free of charge, FOB the factory, for any parts returned (freight prepaid) and judged by Nord-Sen Metal Industries Ltd. to be of defective material or workmanship. This extends for one year from dealer point-of-sale to the end user. We do not assume responsibility for shipping, labour or travel expenses.

Non-standard usage or abuse of products will void warranty. Any item not manufactured by Nord-Sen Metal Industries Ltd. will be covered subject to warranties offered by suppliers. We do not assume responsibility for these warranties but offer them on behalf of our suppliers, subject to the terms stated in their individual warranties.
